Illegal Eviction was done 13 July 2011 THREE angry gendarmes and Huissier FONTBONNE

July 12 2011 I was 4 1/2 hours with a person claiming to be a detective. He and another man came 11 July 2011 to tell me to be at the Gendarmerie 10h00 12 July 2011. I went. 4 1/2 hours there filing the report. The Detective gave me an appointment 10h00 13 Jul7 2011 to make photographs of the 'plusieurs infractions' as he put it. He had first made it for 4 pm 12 July 2011 but after he went out and came back he changed it to 13 July 2011 10h00. I left to go home by bus. Somebody called me ' EVICTION TOMORROW' I contacted Detective Menoret although he had never shown me his badge nor ID so I don't even know if he really is a detective. He told me he would call the Prefet and call me back. I called the Prefecture as well. A woman who refused to give me her name told me when I asked if we were to be evicted tomorrow? Her reply: ' Mme Jenkins you are on our list of expulsions but tomorrow NO WE HAVE NO DATE. TOMORROW?? NO!' The detective called me back and said: "The prefet told me tomorrow there is no eviction, no gendarmes, no huissiers, a social worker will come to assist you and your children to move to a safer logement. You can not stay there it is too dangerous' He REPEATED that three times on the speaker phone so my two daughters could also hear. We went to be. 08h00 July 13 2011... a loud bang at the door. I opened it and was pushed aside by a gendarme Frederic LARREDE YELLING: 'Get out get out get bags its finished for you get out" He blocked the door with his foot and his hand on his gun. Huissier FONTBONNE yelled at me 'ITS FINISHED FOR YOU MME JENKINS ARE YOU ALONE' They shoved past me and even when I said Detective Menoret told us yesterday after contacting the Prefet SIMONNET there was no eviction. GENDARME FREDERIC LARRED LAUGHED AND SAID:'THE DETECTIVE KNOWS NOTHING" the FOUR yelling men went to my two daughters' beds where they were sleeping and screamed at them to GET BAGS GET OUT GET OUT ITS OVER' My two daughters had been sleeping in their underwear and were woken to THREATS after the DETECTIVE MENORET HAD TOLD THEM 12 JULY 2011 THAT THERE WAS TO BE NO EVICTION WITH GENDARMES NOR HUISSIERS. THEY WERE CRYING. INSULTS in French were being thrown at me as the three gendarmes and Huissier FONTBONNE thought nobody spoke French. My daughters heard gendarme LARREDE yell:" If she does not get out fast I will pick her up and throw her out bodily" He said it in French to the Huissier FONTBONNE. My 15 year old daughter in TEARS, asked the Gendarme LARREDE in FRENCH which shocked both the Gendarme and the Huissier FONTBONNE!: 'Why do you speak to me mother like she is a DOG. a 'sous race" Gendarme LARREDE with his hand on his gun and his finger pointed at my 15 year old French St Martin daughter and yelled at her: "YOU CAN LEAVE ST MARTIN AND DO YOU THINK THAT FRANCE SHOULD PAY YOUR TICKETS' Gendarme LARREDE then came to me with his face at my nose and yelled at me: "GIVE ME YOUR KEYS NOW GIVE ME YOUR KEYS NOW... NOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWW!!! AH TOO LATE THE LOCKS ARE CHANGED" There was LAURENT TOUSVERTS laughing. he had changed the locks.. The same man had BROKEN THE LAW IN 2006 when he did three VIOLATIONS de DOMICILE but he IS a friend of the Gendarmes. Then Huissier FONTBONNE yelled at me: IF YOU DON'T HURRY UP AND GET OUT I WILL HAVE YOU ARRESTED' On what grounds? he threw us out side WITHOUT ANY AUTHORISATION and during the Hurricane Season. A single foreign mother 58 years old with two French minor children 13 and 15 years old NO RELODGEMENT. NO PASSPORTS NO BELONGINGS. NO FOOD NO VALUABLES WHAT we could fit with three people in a small Daiewoo matiz. HUISSIER FONTBONNE did not have any judgment, no document with him and the ONLY people present were 1. The EX director of the Tourism Office came to assist us with a newspaper reporter but Gendarme LARREDE and Huissier FONTBONNE threatened to arrest Mme Davis. The Huissier told the reporter to destroy the photos. 13 july 2011 We went to the office of MMe OLIVACCE on the waterfront in Marigot.. Semsamar/Collectivite. They had NOWHERE to put us and in fact did not even know we were to be evicted as there WAS NO AUTHORISATION AT ALL. It was organised by Huissier FONTBONNE Michel Huissier EMICA Chantal with the landlords who are GERALD MOUIAL a notary and his brother PATRICK MOUIAL also a notary and the daughters of Gerald.. SARAH and JUDITH and their companies SARL L'HOSTE, SARL MADRAS, EURL PAPOUP or PAPOU and the real estate agency GESCAP and IMMODOM... all of whom asked for the rent without ever a receipt with the name of where I lived nor with the amount I paid. I never had a valid contract as AGENCY IMMODOM refused to give me one and forced me to sign the ILLEGAL one written by ALEX the son of Jean Luc BARBIER in his school holidays with his father. 08H45 until 14h30.. when we were placed in a HOTEL... and to this day 13 AUGUST 2012 we are in the hotel with NO CONTACTS at all from any one.. WE HAVE BEEN DUMPED AND DISCRIMINATED AGAINST... yet! FALSE FRAUDULENT LETTERS WERE MADE... Mme MEALONIER from the PREFECTURE of ST MARTIN had already threatened me that as I am NOT French I could not receive any aides. no rights to have a duplicate of the Livret de Famille that the ex Minister of OUTRE MER Mme Brigitte GIRARDIN assisted me to have. The Prefecture of ST MARTIN and the MAIRIE of ST MARTIN had refused to give me one and HUISSIER EMICA Chantal made perjury with Maitre DUFETEL in the assignation of OCTOBER 2003 where they lied to the Court of Appeal that a Livret de Famille never existed. I had copies of that the MAIRIE ST MARTIN had delivered to GILBERT ILLIDGE 21 MAY 1999 and he used to obtain CAF payments and sociale security refunds I had paid , he kept it all. NOBODY AT THE CAF OF ST MARTIN NOR AT THE SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE OF ST MARTIN WOULD ASSIST ME AND ONLY OCTOBER 2000 did I finally receive a number. MMe MEALONIER in a deliberately surprise meeting 04 JULY 2011 where I did not receive a letter until AFTER the meeting. FLORENCE LOUIS mailed tthe letter the 04 july 2011 to be received 06 July 2011. Mme MEALONIER told me I had NO RIGHTS to receive aides, nor to have a Livret de famille nor to have the Fonds du Logement because as she said over and over: "YOU ARE NOT FRENCH" She even said the ex Minister of OUTRE MER had no rights to assist me! So Mme MEALONIER with MMe OLIVACCE to cover up all they did changed the DATES in a letter signed by PREFET SIMONNET and mailed 15 JULY 2011 to be received 17 JULY 2011 at the address we had been evicted from.. Mme MEALONIER and MMe OLIVACCE changed the DATES... April 2010 and NOT 2011 Mme OLIVACCE one morning at 08h50 in front of my work at Ecole Jacques Roumain called me and said: "I am coming to get you and your suitcases now to go to la Savanne to a studio for three weeks' I told Mme OLIVACCE that 1... I was at work 2. I did not have suitcases but FURNITURE and belongings from 18 years on St MARTIN and that 3. we are THREE PEOPLE IN A STUDIO.. (the CAF refuse to give payments as well if we lived in a STUDIO) and 4. For THREE weeks and after? I NEVER AGAIN HEARD FROM MME OLIVACCE nor do I know her position at the Collectivite SHE NEVER WROTE ANY LETTER yet in the letter signed by PREFET JAQUES SIMONNET with Mme MEALONIER I received 17 JULY 2011 it states '' OFFER OF LOGEMENT MADE 14 AVRIL 2011' There was NEVER any offer made 14 April 2011. The PREFET SIMONNET signed a letter with LIES in it and mailed it AFTER the eviction had been done ILLEGALLY... 06 Septembre 2011 CONFIRMED by the Judge Execution as ILLEGAL! The PV EXPULSION written by Huissier FONTBONNE-EMICA was declared NULL ET PAS VALID on 06 September 2011... and the Judge told me "THERE IS NO EVICTION MME JENKINS" BUT I told him we have already been evicted. I know he replied and said Mr JASARON from SEMSAMAR and the Collectivite have to find you and your children a lodging.' 13 AUGUST 2012... still in the HOTEL By a phone MESSAGE 08 August 2011 Mme OLIVACCE found a key for an apartment at french Quarter.. An appointment to see it. Another insalubre logement where MMe OLIVACCE simply wanted to GET RID OF US' EMPTY, FILTHY. A DEAD BIRD AS AN OCCUPANT.. FILTHY AND as well the 'PROJECT' was to have 451,900 euros GROS REPARATIONS done on it in 2012! Not only, in an area where the Gendarmes do not even like to venture.. FAR away and NO CAR. But it was mme OLIVACCE's method to get rid of us.. BUT she had offered it to THREE other families and ALL REFUSED IT. IT IS STILL EMPTY 13 AUGUST 2012! The same week a young girl was gang raped.. BUT OLIVACCE just wanted to get rid of us, She told me I made her sick and she was sick and tired of her work. The apartment had not been occupied since 2009. 09 August 2011 Mme OLIVACCE with FLORENCE LOUIS a sociale worker who has NEVER done her job since I met her MARS 2009...mme LEFEVRE a social worker also not done her work, Mme MATHIEU from the CAF who told me she is a 'creolophone' and that the FONDS SOLIDARITE DU LOGEMENT does not exist on St Martin...and Laura Calvaire and my two terrified traumatised daughters. Mme OLIVACCE by INTIMIDATIONS and taking advantage of my ignorance as an ENGLISH speaking foreigner FORCED me and refused to transalate a document. I saw her SMILE and then she said: "The Collectivite of ST MARTIN now does not have to assist you at all as your refused that logement" AHHHHHHHHHHH she trapped me deliberately! I even said to her that the LAW DALO states the Collectivite has to offer THREE decent logements and suitable to our needs and the JUDGE also said that. Mme OLIVACCE replied: "The law DALO does not apply on St Martin as the Collectivite has no money and no logements' After I told he I had already found an apartment but it was empty and all our belongings had been stolen by the Huissiers and MOUIALS, she replied that the Collectvite would get the caution, the frais of the agency, purchase a fridge, stove, two children's beds and a washing machine. SHE NEVER DID IT.. Mme OLIVACCE LIED TO us and my two children are FRENCH ST MARTINERS. She also is a friend of their father and he has a HUGE debt in unpaid child support that the SAME huissiers EMICA Chantal and FONTBONNE refuse to execute the judgements and collect the debt. So since 09 AUGUST 2011 NO CONTACT AT ALL WITH THE COLLECTIVITE OF ST MARTIN.. 06 September 2011 after the Judeg declared the Expulsion ILLEGAL, Huissiers FONTBONNE and EMICA refused to give me the keys to collect our belongings. 16 February 2012.. MR CAUSSE and four men witha truck emptied the apartment STOLE all our valuables and destroyed many possessions as well as throwing furniture and school materials in the garbage., The English neighbours took the wooden shelves still with the drawings of my children and the plastic table and four chairs. 17 February 2012. Gendarme FRANCK CORNUE.. a friend of LARREDE REFUSED to assist us and refused to take my complaint. I went to the courthouse where the Judge did receive me. I was told that all our belongings were in another apartment 17 February 2012 until today.. ALL our valuables have been STOLEN. A Constat was done by the other Huissier to verify after opening the door of 121 Les Jardins de Baie Nettle St Martin that EVERYTHING was gone.. BUT Huissiers FONTBONNE and EMICA only lie! 31 Mai 2012 Gendarme FRANCK CORNUE showed me and a witness the signed declaration of Huissier FONTBONNE...'INTEGRALITE of Mme Jenkins belongings were placed in order in another apartment' LIES.. In fact as well Gendarme FRANCK CORNUE told me June 4 2012 if I did not move everything the landlords could destroy everything. He REFUSED to come.. The Huissier Cauchefer 's office said that WAS NOT NORMAL and when I told Gendarme FRANCK CORNUE he did not care and he YELLED NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO he was not coming. NOBODY was there. I called Gendarme CORNUE who gave me MR CAUSSE NUMBER. We called him. He told us he had been there and unlocked the door and left it open. We went. we pushed the door and in HORROR I saw what they had done to all our belongings.. thrown in like garbage and everything had been opened and STOLEN so many valuables,. Gendarme FRANCK CORNUE again refused to come and refused to assist and told me:" You have to wait until after my holidays in August now' The Gendarmes at Concordia refused to assist me as well. From June 04 2012 until last Thursday 02 August 2012. I spent searching for our valuables, remaking cartons and rented a container to place them. I broke my ribs and damaged by elbow when the cartons fell on me.. So Monday 6 August 2012 I discovered the locks were changed. Our last belongings, now again stolen NOBODY WILL ASSIST ME THE JUDGE DOES NOT EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON NOR WHERE ARE OUR BELONGINGS AND TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE PROSECUTOR. There is NO PROSECUTOR on St Martin.. He said one is coming.. So the law does not exist. The social workers have REFUSED to assist us. The Directrice L'Enfance and Famille has given orders NOT to assist us. The Directrice Pole Solidarite et Famille also. In fact someone at the PREFECTURE OF ST MARTIM told the representative of the Dept Repressions des Fraudes who told me: "Mme Jenkins is crazy. She tried to drown her children in the swimming pool' In fact as well the 'landlords' who are French notaries have even created a false association AMAHORO. With object?? To assist orphans in the streets of St Martin and all over the world.. and to give free housing and school materials in reality they have destroyed all my childrens belongings. and they have THROWN to children out of their ILLEGAL INSALUBRE LOGEMENT they refused to repair.. CORRUPTIONS FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM !
