Injustice Hell

It's time to expose the total injustice in the administration by the French legal and court system when one is a foreigner and ENGLISH speaking.

Discrimination and prejudice are rife.

I will, via this medium expose the injustices we have experienced here since I moved to this French island in every single matter from housing to entitlements for my children.

Every answer to me is " you have no rights you are not French"
The gendarmerie as well.

In the next episode I shall send jugements and photos as everything I say is based on facts.

Since 14 January 1999 when the first judgement was delivered but has never been executed.

Since then numerous jugements never executed.

The Huissier supposed to do that decided to refuse to do the work she was assigned to do and returned the judgements in an envelope entirely decorated with CARTOON CHARACTER STAMPS! 'SLURP' 'GARFIELD' 'ECRIS MOI OU LA PIZZA ARRIVE'.

The judges and the prosecutors thought it not necessary to act against her!
Its the same huissier who decided to attempt to execute the EVICTION of myself and TWO FRENCH MINORS to the street and her partner told me 'I DONT CARE'when he came to the door to give me the notices and I told him there were two FRENCH children living here.

The problem lies in the fact that this apartment is an ILLEGAL apartment and should never have been rented, NO WINDOWS but also a DANGEROUS ELECTRICAL SYSTEM that has never been repaired since it was built and the landlords who are FRENCH notaries bought the lots in this ancient hotel. They bought the lots at the same time as they did the paper transactions for the hotel 17 DECEMBER 1987 TWENTY THREE YEARS AGO.
The judges have ignored the RAPPORT of INSALUBRITE and even the expert who came did not do the accounts and gave a fals report to the court.
WHERE IS THE JUSTICE?
INSALUBRE AVEC THE GRAVE DANGER of death by ELECTROCUTION and since 2004 I have tried as a foreigner to find someone to help.
Not even the Prefet office who never replied to my letter OCTOBER 02 2009.
Instead a couple of weeks ago the Chef du Cabinet asked me when I finally heard from them and ONLY because I contacted the President!) DO YOU HAVE AN ADDICTION and YOU NEED TO WIPE YOUR SLATE CLEAN!
